Student T-shirts
Each year, each student at Horizon gets a T-shirt in his/her grade level’s color. Please complete this form to let us know your child’s size. If you are able, we appreciate a $10 donation for the shirt cost. All children will get a shirt regardless of payment. If you would like to help purchase a shirt for a child who may not be able to afford one, your generosity is greatly appreciated!

Summer Reading Splash
Don’t forget to have your kids be working on their summer reading and to also TRACK their summer reading! We will celebrate when we all get back to school next month! Here is more information on Summer Reading Splash where you can also download and print off the tracking sheet if you have lost/misplaced it. Feel free to just use your own piece of paper too to track the minutes!
Have your child give it to their teacher the first week of school.
