School Supply Drive

Horizon PTO wants to help make sure every student attending Horizon has the supplies needed for a successful year! One of this year’s PTO initiatives is to help keep the supply closet stocked. PTO has 40 school supply kits ready to go for the start of the year, but our stock is running low. Please help us replenish by donating any of the items below. You can send donations to school with your child. Thank you for your support.
